Waiting on Wednesday: Requiem by Lauren Oliver

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly book meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine,
spotlighting upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

Raina's pick this week:

Requiem (Delirium #3)
Lauren Oliver
Expected publication: March 5th 2013 by HarperTeen
Genre: YA Dystopia

Goodreads
Now an active member of the resistance, Lena has been transformed. The nascent rebellion that was under way in Pandemonium has ignited into an all-out revolution in Requiem, and Lena is at the center of the fight.

After rescuing Julian from a death sentence, Lena and her friends fled to the Wilds. But the Wilds are no longer a safe haven—pockets of rebellion have opened throughout the country, and the government cannot deny the existence of Invalids. Regulators now infiltrate the borderlands to stamp out the rebels, and as Lena navigates the increasingly dangerous terrain, her best friend, Hana, lives a safe, loveless life in Portland as the fiancée of the young mayor. Requiem is told from both Lena’s and Hana’s points of view. The two girls live side by side in a world that divides them until, at last, their stories converge.

After book two's cliffy, I'm more than ready for this book to release already. One more month. Only one more month ...

What book release has you a little impatient?

  5. I really should start this series! I don't know why I haven't already, but maybe it's better to wait until Requiem comes out and than read them all together! Great pick!

  6. Oooo, Requiem. I'm not through-the-moon excited to read this one. I don't like the love triangle. I enjoyed Delirium, but I don't even remember Pandemonium. Did I even finish?! o.O

Anyway, I hope you, and the rest of the book world, enjoy this book! I may read the end of ti, just to see how things wrap up :D
